Walking to Winchester

Not our fanciest lodgings, but it was on our route, and that's pretty much all we care about. We did veto Motel 6's, but other than that, we're not choosy. No coffee in the room, though, which will make the hour or so that I'm up before Nate somewhat less enjoyable. Clouds came in this afternoon providing respite from the sun, and the northern part of RI was a nice largely residential walk. Attleboro is, well, less picturesque. But we're close enough to Winchester that my parents are en route to meet us for dinner. We'll send a few items back with them: raincoats, bathing suits, and the iPad, which is the single item I would not bring if I had to pack for this trip again. The bigger screen is definitely nice, but not worth the weight. Tracker says 17.7 miles today but I think that's a bit over. The route mapped out to 14, and our only extra was walking around the zoo.Baca selengkapnya
