Last two days in Lisbon. Got to explore the city at night. Rained on our last day but we can't complain as we avoided the whole trip.
Cadiz is facing the Atlantic ocean and has quite a different feel to it. Beaches have some surf and the country side has lots of swampy areas. Cadiz is only connected to the mainland via a thin stretch of sand. Beautiful towns around here an so much history as its a gateway from Africa.
After seeing the changing of the guards we went to Hotel de Paris restaurant Le Grill for lunch that would be hard to beat. Followed by a tour of the Hotel. We were very lucky as we got to view the Princess Grace suite. At a mere 40,000 Euros a night the suite is mostly occupied by wealthy Russians or celebrities. This suite is on two levels with private lift entrance and its own direct access to the Restaurant De Grill. The hotel has a walkway under to road through to a magnificent pool and fitness centre and then connects to another hotel Hermitage also 5 stars. Once in a life time visit.!Read more
