Christmas “tree” and a Santa Ride

Alfie enjoyed his sleepover with us last night and this am we all packed into the back seat of Pete’s car at 8am.
We spent a v pleasant morning purchasing Christmas decorations for our Xmas “tree”.
Getting home, Alfie was taught how to make Scrambled egg for lunch- his first cooking lesson (yep he is nearly 14yrs old!!) which turned out surprisingly well.
After lunch Alfie and I decorated the “tree” in a slightly unusual fashion, as it was quite hard to decorate- well that’s our defence and we r sticking with it!
This afternoon it’s was a trip to St Austell where we were unexpectedly treated to about 50 motorcycling Santa’s (and a grinch!) in a huge Santa run, revving their bikes through the centre of town.
Tonight Alfie decided to stay for dinner and sleep over again so we are now waiting fo the second to last episode of I’m a Celebrity Get me Out of Here!!Read more
