Beach day in Porto

Breakfast at the hostel was surprisingly good! After skyping mum and dad we caught an uber to Serralves Villa where it was free entry on Sunday mornings...win! We quickly made our way to the Art Deco mansion and walked around the gardens. There were lots of sculptures to look at and movies playing in little display houses. We ate lunch in the tea house before catching an uber to Matosinhos. We walked along the foreshore path and lay on the sand for awhile. It wasn't very warm as there was a cool wind, so we headed to the street with plenty of fish cafes. The smell of fish cooking over the coals was absolutely delicious. We had what we think was the best salmon we've ever eaten!! Or maybe it was just really salty and crispy 🤤Leggi altro
