Today is show day. First, a quick walk through the neighborhood in search of a good cup of coffee.

I quickly packed everything up and took a taxi to the venue. I have three tasks today: helping with the merch using the SumUp, preparing the shields and spears, and making Gollum Juice (a mix of ginger, lime, thyme, and honey that needs to steep all day for our throats during the show).

At 1 PM, our warrior training started. I felt so distracted, and it showed. After more than a year without shows, I really needed to get back into it. I also tried Tennet for the first time, which we’re performing tonight.

Fortunately, I got through it with some forgivable mistakes, but I did feel a bit uncertain.

After the training, I had a good meal, braided my hair, changed clothes, and applied makeup.

OH MY GOD, the heat! No one in the band has ever sweated so much on stage. It was so extremely hot that we were afraid we might faint. Even during the show, we had to run to the dressing rooms to reapply makeup.
