Olympic National Park

After a late start due to both me and Sammy being sick with colds and feeling not-so-great, we made it to Olympic National Park. We took the staircase trail, which was beautiful, even if I was a bit wheezy and slow while walking it. The kids loved going off into every little side trail, and seemed to enjoy it much more than our last couple hikes, likely because it was much cooler and shaded. Unfortunately we didn’t make it to the visitors center, as it was another 2 hours away, and would have closed before we got there. We’ll just have to grab some souvenirs online I guess.Read more
