Steep hills and breathtaking vistas

Today we pedaled along the Columbia Gorge most of the day. The views took my breath. And when we weren’t staring at the River ahead, we were in beautiful woods filled with ferns and a canopy of mossy trees. Some of those woods included steep hills. I had to stop 4 times going up home valley outside of Corbett.
To get to our campsite, we had to ride 3 miles into a headwind to get to a site that was just across the highway from an earlier location. We got to Memaloose campground before dark, so it’s all good. AND today is a special day in Oregon for camping with all sites free of charge! Yay!En savoir plus
