Miles and Miles Per Hour

Today we traveled from Sterling to Jamestown, ND, a 74 mile trip. I was pleasantly surprised that we made the trip in 8 hours. The landscape is changing. We see marshes and ponds and lakes surrounded by cattails.
Food has been an interesting experience. A machine blended an açaí drink for me today, like something in the home of the future, in North Dakota no less.
Rest stops here are very elaborate and well cared for. Our stop today had beautiful art integrated into the facade.
