Pompeii was amazing. I took way too many photos, as usual. Believe me when I say I also deleted hundreds! We had a very accomplished guide, but only got to see one plaster cast from the eruption.

I walked a LOT today. Five miles total. My hotel is about a mile from the Vatican. Words cannot describe this beautiful masterpiece. So I won't even try.
