    Jeong Kwan is the head of the woman part of the Baekyangsa temple.

    She mastered the Korean temple food. She is specialized in making and cooking fermented products.

    During the cooking class she used 5 year old soy sauce, 2 year old vinegar, rice melasse and odd berry syrup made by herself.

    She learn temple food from various temples across Korea and improve the recipe to make it their own.

    After the class and lunch, we meditate together and then we discuss about some aspects of the Buddhism philosophy.
