Crown range summit

Free camping looking over Queenstown tonight. No bathroom facilities but that's not stopping us enjoying some beer, wine and cheese. Star gazing is pretty phenomenal as well!

Kaikora (road closed!)

Stayed outside the town this evening as the road north is closed due to reconstruction works following last year's earthquake.

My enthusiasm for gum boot throwing ended rather quickly as I managed to sprain a finger. 20 meters was not enough to beat the men's record of 48.5 (not sure if that's a local or world record).Läs mer
