After Balaton we got to our friends house by 4. GPS got us to the street, but the house number doesn’t work so Balasz had to meet us on the street to show us the way in. Once in place, we unpacked then got right back into a car to head down to Groupama stadium to join the local football club. You have to register with the team in order to buy tickets for the home side. Otherwise you have to sit in the end zone with the opponents.
Once we received our official membership cards we went for a walk around town. With the sun going down, the temperature dropped into the low 70s for a wonderful walking temp. Did a quick tour on the Buda side seeing some sites Saint Stephen’s, freedom park, statues of Ronald Reagan and George Bush, and then back to the house.
