The Dead Sea

After arriving at our hotel this afternoon, we went for a swim in the Dead Sea. It was such an unusual experience. The shoreline is salt crystals, and you float like a cork! Whereas the oceans are roughly 3.5% salt, the Dead Sea is 34%. It's shores are the lowest land-based elevation on earth at 1400 feet below sea level.もっと詳しく
