An evening in Shrewsbury

We returned to Shrewsbury in the early evening and made our way to The Armoury for dinner. When we arrived there were more than 50 people outside. At first, I thought that we'd never get a table. But then, I remembered that I was with Stacy! "Table for two? Right this way!" We enjoyed a wonderful meal of lamb and rosemary pie, fish and chips, and a local ale. For dessert, we had sticky toffee pudding and a proper cuppa English tea. Delicious! After dinner we took a leisurely walk along the River Severn back to our B&B.Læs mere
