Quinn Redeker led 2 other instructors in a demonstration of police rodeo skills. He was better than the others who were highly skilled. His balance and throttle control were superhuman.

Dinner at On Tap Tavern

We walked over to the On Tap Tavern for dinner. Even with the drinks, it will be the same price as the rally site vendors. There's the added benefit of the restaurant being air conditioned.
