Romania 2018 The beginning

Leaving Prague today. I have learned a lot , the total mileage in Kilometers was roughly 6,000. I traveled thru 10 countries in 48 days. I was surprised to not see anything at the memorials in remembrance of the service men from United States that never returned home so that they could be liberated. Especially since the small airport in Most at Aeroclub had 2 monuments. Maybe I missed it . I was also surprised by the fact that I only saw one American flag in a yard in Luxembourg city yet I saw 4 confederate flags, 3 in Czech Republic and 1 in Amsterdam. I must do some studying on this when back home. I was also surprised that outside of the major tourist areas no one speaks a peep of English or they are embarrassed to speak it around other people of their nationality. The truck driver to Germany sat there the whole time we loaded saying no English then when everyone left except me, her and mb, she carried on in English like it was her native language. Then somebody walked back over and back to no English when we asked her a question. Can’t wait to feel the good ole humid air in Atlanta tomorrow .もっと詳しく
