Rush to the Bus

Imagine this: San Marino, 2025. You have fifteen minutes to catch a bus, a ten minute walk and suddenly you have to explode from the incredible lunch you just ate. What do you do? Run inside a nearby restaurant, pray you can finish in five minutes so you can make a mad dash to the bus. By the time we were on the way, we had eight minutes to do the ten-minute walk, but we flew and made it literally to the last minute, nay, second.

The bus was fairly full when we finally got on and there were no more seats next to each other anymore but we found some seats at least across the aisle from each other. I got to sit next to a traveler talking to the girl behind us about their past and planned travels which had me reminiscing a lot about my old travels as they were planning a lot of the locations we had been in the past. I also was happy to catch a picture of the field of sunflowers we missed on the way.Leggi altro
