Last Bushwalk

We walked from camp to the fever tree forest on a cloudy day, which was good as the temperature was comfortable. We spotted many birds and two types of turtles. One of them was the Leopard Tortoise, named after the color of its shell, making it one of the largest tortoise breeds in Southern Africa. The other turtle came out of a pond and was so smelly that the guide wouldn't touch it.

We also learned more about plants. For instance, there's a flower blooming at the moment that can either smell good or rotten.Читать далее
