The birds of South Africa are amazing and enhance every safari, turning each excursion into a captivating journey into the world of avian wonders. Some are relatively easy to find.

The red-billed hornbill, which we've seen many times in the north, is a common sight. Similarly, the Cape Glossy Starling is it frequently spotted near restaurants and campgrounds. Another lovely starling is the Meves Starling, distinguished by its longer tail, appearing only in the far north of Kruger Park. We also frequently encountered Bulbuls and observed a group of Guinea fowl preparing for the night and many other birds.En savoir plus
