Bison and geothermal

It started snowing a little more as we were coming up to the mud volcano. There were also some lovely bison nearby ….which is cool but also a little intimidating.

Also - when you see bison poop on the boardwalk you k ow they can appear anywhere!

As we started up the path, the snow picked up a bit (but nothing like we would experience later in the day!).
