In Bocca al Lupo

We read about this place a while ago ….Italian restaurant done Alaskan style and nominated for James Beard award 6 times, finalist once.

The warmth and food did not disappoint.

The Thunderdome was amazing garlic bread with a great presentation.

The hot cauliflower which was roasted in the wood fired oven and with hot chile oil and kale ranch. It was really spicy and really good.

Gnocchi with King Crab

Shells with cheese, lots of dill and big chunks of salmon.

Rigatoni Bolognese. This was rich and meaty with big slices of parm on top.

We finished with cannoli and chocolate ice cream with toasted sesame seeds and kale. Really interesting flavor profile that worked!Читать далее
