In the Kitchen

We took a little class about cooking fish. We really wanted to get to learn to filet a fish but we only got to watch him do it. The class was still interesting and we learned more and the food system in a place as remote as Hoonah that only gets a ship in on Thursday each week. We also learned about how the whole cruise port and all of the restaurants and shops there are owned and run by the Tlingit tribe.Læs mere
