Valparaíso

I spent some very relaxed days in Valparaiso, walking up and down the countless hills filled with sun-faded multi-colored murals and eclectic, almost fairy tale style architecture. The sea food is good here, so i finally tried the famous "crab cake" (although i find that to be a bad translation) Chupe de Jaibe. Also featured are typical Chilean bread with the pebre dip (more or less similar to pico de gallo in ingredients) and a completo (chilean hot dog with avocado, chilean tomato salad and mayo).Read more
