Hong Kong to Singapore

Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle has indeed moved upmarket, no doubt due to it's popularity and fame. It's now in a building across the road from the Chinatown Complex and looks to be a fully fledged restaurant. There was a large queue outside, and crowd control barriers! Problem for me is that it's now just another restaurant, not the Michelin starred hawker stall that gave it its air of quirkiness. Lost a bit of it's appeal.
