Met some incredible people on that last stretch, including (you guessed it) a German couple, who actually walked the exact paths I'm planning to walk in Slovenia, a Canadian couple, and a couple of 79 & 72 year olds who are walking the entire coast path in one go. Also I fell into a bush but never mind about that.
