• The One Big Beautiful Brunch

    To mark our upcoming one month at sea, the Chefs served an amazing brunch on the pool deck. You can tell from the photos that Jim and I preferred the sweets and breakfast foods, but they also had a fresh pasta bar, so many fruits and cheeses and grill station with seafood and meats. I love to see their creativity. It’s like they have fun as the super students in art class. So talented. And proud of their work, as they should be.
    After the brunch the seas started to roll and the wind to blow. We had a crazy night.
