Jamin HancockThis one isn't as adventurous. No observation lounge. I've had to clean the bathroom every time before sitting down, and less of them so often there's a wait. At boarding and multiple times during the trip they check your ticket leaving seats empty that could make it easier for people to get a little more comfortable. And I suppose last but not least the first leg employees seemed annoyed to be here until a crew change in Atlanta which brought on a complete 180. A happy crew makes an amazing difference!
