Day 90: Doing Nothing in Pai

Very little to report today. There isn't really much to see or do in Pai itself, as it's just a small-ish self contained community for western hippies and young Thais. Sort of like Byron Bay, but almost entirely isolated from the rest of the country's culture. Decided we'd stay here and recharge for a while, and of course get some work done.

Today Shandos did blogging and stuff, while I started working on a video of our day at the elephant sanctuary. We had a break for lunch at a fancy cafe down the road where we both had enormous chicken pesto sandwiches, then spent most of the afternoon back in the room.

In the evening we went out to the street market as usual, though there was a bit of rain around. We just nibbled various things from different vendors without filling up too much on one large item.
