Disappointing breakfast but good art in an art space. Back to café near hotel for a proper breakfast. Then start our afternoon tour with a ride on the bamboo train.

Siem Reap to Battambang boat ride

Leave hotel at 08:15 for shuttle to catch boat to Battambang. First a 10km ride in a remork to the landing site on the river. Then a small ferry boat.

Nice island. About the same size as Siquijor but the roads are much better and much less populated. Nice hotel but the beach is black and there are construction works going on .

Our only really touristy stop in the Philippines. Lot's of Koreans. There are 5 flights to here daily from Korea. Nice hotel just off the main tourist street so it's quiet but convenient. Nice largeLue lisää

Nice island. Not many tourists. Hired a self driven tuk tuk for the week so we could explore everywhere. Accommodation ok but not beach front.

Staying in a small hotel right on the beach. Wonderful sunset views while sipping a cocktail. Very small laid back, car free island. Lovely snorkeling area with lots of baby sharks.

Flight landed Cebu about 22:30. Met Teresa and Isabel who had also just landed. Took shuttle to local hotel.
