    Phuket, Thailand

    Today, we arrived in Phuket, Thailand, and tendered to Patong Beach.

    Religion-wise, the 500k population is made up of 30% Thai Buddhist, 20% Islamic, and about 15% Hindu.

    Part of our excursion took us to
    Promtemp Park, where we climbed steps to see a beautiful vista above the ocean while also observing dozens of clay elephants surrounding a buddhist shrine.

    Next, we stopped at the Cashew Nut Factory, where we learned about how cashews are farmed and prepared for sale.

    We visited the largest buddhist temple and most important buddhist temple in Phuteck - Wot Chalong Temple

    After the excursion brought us back to Patong Beach, we had lunch at the Seagull Resort.
