    Today, our 9:30am Helsinki/Porvoo excursion was a little on the cold side...32 degrees, so we bundled up in our puffers, and upon arriving in Porvoo we walked a few streets. We saw the oldest "cathedral" in Finland (Porvoo Cathedral - only from the outside because of a confirmation ceremony) and ended up in a quaint coffee shop from which we returned to the coach and ship.

    In the afternoon, we walked into downtown Helsinki itself and we were very impressed by the shops, department stores, and vast number of restaurants and coffee shops.    Læs mere
