Our first day on the beach resulted in very pink faces, but we soon recovered and enjoyed the beautiful beach at Bentota.

An unsucessful attempt at whale watching, but the day was saved by a lovely, hospitiable Sri Lankan lady and her tea. We celebrated the Sri Lankan new year here and got to emjoy some tasty treats.
