Sobrado to Arzua

Got up to go to 7:30am
Mass. Couldn’t find it. Jordan and I grabbed a coffee and croissant in town. Good life conversation - picked up from where we left off on the walk yesterday. Met Nancy and Marie at 8:30 to start our 13+ mile journey. The morning was cool and misty and the afternoon was sunny and hot. My feet and blisters were done with 2+ miles remaining. The last 30 minutes was uphill to Arzúa. Passed the sweetest old man who shook my hand and greeted Jordan with a kiss and told her she was beautiful and we were only 10 minutes away. Arrived at our apartment, dropped our bags and spent the next 30 minutes saying “Wow”. It will be hard to leave tomorrow.Read more
