    Farm Beach - Fishing

    15 Aralık 2024, Avustralya ⋅ ☁️ 27 °C

Home of the King George Whiting and just this current week there have been several sightings of sharks in the area. There are many holiday homes [shacks] in this area and lots of old tractors which we learn are used to haul the fishing boats out of the water, rather than cars. The beach is wide and mostly fine white sand.Okumaya devam et

    1. Station Pier - a historic Australian pier on Port Phillip Bay, in Port Melbourne. Opened in 1854, the pier is Melbourne's primary passenger terminal, servicing interstate ferries and cruise ships, and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
    2. Centenary Bridge Pillar - This reinforced concrete pillar is the only remnant of Centenary Bridge and remains on its original site at the St Kilda end of the now demolished bridge.
    3. Architectural design - this area is undergoing a serious makeover from dockside industrial to bayside city residential. There are some really interesting architectural styles.
    4. Preschooler visit to the beach - fun in the sun for these littlies.
