Conquered my fear of a dark forest heading up here. 😫 The start of the path almost looked like a joke. It was literally a tiny path from the already small rural road. I was trying to see if another human would come along, but I figured I might as well just get it over with.. and I did ask for peace and quiet in this camino! lol

It was so dark and the path so narrow and steep with plants and such that I had to play some music to calm my nerves. 😌 I was trying to climb up as fast as I could, and when I finally saw the light from this small church, I felt more relaxed.

A few minutes later, 4 pilgrims came up from the forest. I'm a little relieved someone else is doing this walk... I honestly thought I was the only one. They all dispersed afterward, and I didn't see another pilgrim for the next hour or so.Læs mere
