Took a cable car up (Aiguille du Midi) and did a short hike. Saw a small avalanche when some snow gave loose way up above us. Sounded like thunder! That was a first! Also stood at the finish line in Chamonix for about an hour watching them finish a 100 mile ultramarathon. Pretty amazing! https://montblanc.utmb.world/races/UTMB.
