Day 5

We hiked from Italy to Switzerland today. Not a bad way to spend the day! From Arnouva to La Fouly took us about 10.5 miles from what our watches say. Stopped at Rifugio Elena and had a cannoli and Forrest got coffee. Good stop. Cold and windy as we went over the top into Switzerland! The place we are staying tonight has the shower right in the room and we have to use a shared bathroom…:Forrest is loving this!! I think it’s kind of cozy!
