🇱🇺 Time to go back home & summary

A sum up of the holiday?

- I visited my first limited recognition state (Kosovo);
- I got the first stamp in my passport and I crossed a land border for the first time in my life;
- For the first time I have been in a country where the majority of population is Muslim (Bosnia, Kosovo, Albania);
- For the first time I have visited a country with Cyrillic alphabet (Serbia, Macedonia, partly Bosnia and Montenegro).

I am really surprised by the tranquility, safety and cleanliness of these countries that didn't even exist until less than 30 years ago.
In particular, for safety and cleanliness, Belgrade and Pristina beat European cities like Brussels by far.

The most beautiful city is certainly Belgrade, but the recent past of cities like Tirana, Pristina and Sarajevo makes them equally fascinating.

The natural beauties of Bosnia, Montenegro and Croatia are incredible. The green mountains, rivers, lakes, coves and sea left us amazed.

What would I change if possible? I would stay 1 full day in Sarajevo and I would not go to Podgorica.Read more
