For lunch, we stopped at the Besh Qozon Pilaf Center, a restaurant specializing in Plov/Pilaf.
The restaurant has two huge dining halls and cooks its pilaf in big cauldrons set over an open flame.
There is also a traditional oven for baking bread, with flames puffing out.
