Walking around, we came across the residence of the Italian ambassador in Baku. A little piece of Italy right in the heart of the castle district.

Just like in Turkey, there is a great love for cats here too.
In a small shop, we saw newborn kittens roaming and playing near a basket placed under a large Azerbaijani flag.

In addition to the building itself, the Cultural Center offers a view of the entire city skyline — a beautiful view on the many buildings and skyscrapers built in Baku’s modern districts.
