Moalboal

Day 2: Stepped out the hotel into the Park mall right opposite and had a nice breakfast with a milk tea. Took a SIM card at the nearby 7-Eleven. Boarded a bus to the main bus Terminal without knowing where I'm going. There came a bus heading to Moalboal and I just took it. Ok, I'm kidding, I already decided at breakfast I'll go there as I didn't want to encourage the whole whale shark-exploiting tourism business that they're doing in Oslob.
Initially I took a shared tuk-tuk ride to the touristic Panagsama beach to watch the epic sardine run. After exploring a bit, I decided to leave for the white beach as Panagsama was crowded with scuba diving, hippie looking backpackers. This was a great decision as I was looking for something mellow and peaceful and whitebeach offered me just that.
Infact I loved the place so much that I decided on the spot to just book a place and stay the night. I found a perfect beach front resort called "Ravenala beach bungalows". Met and made good friends with the owner Teresita. Spent that whole evening, night and better part of the early hours of the next day just listening to the gentle waves, while lying on my sunbed drinking coconut water.
