The original plan was to take the Tung Chung cable car all the up the mountain to visit Tian Tan Buddha. But I ended up having a scrumptious Japanese lunch at Genki Sushi instead, thanks to the cable car undergoing renovations. Can't complain though, Japanese sure knows how to make and serve food. In this case the food comes to you in mini bullet train models. So fun!Read more
