Tung Chung

The original plan was to take the Tung Chung cable car all the up the mountain to visit Tian Tan Buddha. But I ended up having a scrumptious Japanese lunch at Genki Sushi instead, thanks to the cable car undergoing renovations. Can't complain though, Japanese sure knows how to make and serve food.
