Middelaldercentret: The Medieval Center

This living history museum depicts a small market town from the Middle Ages. Actors talk about their medieval lives, perform on horses in a jousting contest, and practice traditional crafts like fiber arts, leather shoe making, and straw room building. There were lots of hands-on activities including whack-a-rat, but our kiddos delved into a make believe world of their own and wandered the village to fuel their story making. It was awesome.Read more
