Southeast Asia - Digital Nomad

This morning I joined a breathing and cold exposure workshop. We started with a breathing meditation which shoot me straight to another place away from earth 😇. After that the first challenge was to keep our hands in a bucket full of ice cubes for about 4 minutes. That was harder than expected because it really starts to hurt after 10 seconds. Solution: Concentrate on the breathing, it's just signal of your hands, it's alright... 😁The second challenge was the ice bath. It doesn't look cold on the photo but trust me it was ice cold as we put over 40kg of ice cubes into the tub 😊. At the end we went into the river to warm ourselves up again 😊En savoir plus
