Southeast Asia - Digital Nomad

This morning I joined a breathing and cold exposure workshop. We started with a breathing meditation which shoot me straight to another place away from earth 😇. After that the first challenge was to keep our hands in a bucket full of ice cubes for about 4 minutes. That was harder than expected because it really starts to hurt after 10 seconds. Solution: Concentrate on the breathing, it's just signal of your hands, it's alright... 😁The second challenge was the ice bath.
