Upper Antelope Canyon

Walking through the Antelope Canyon was like walking on another planet. The color and formation of the sand stone is just unbelievable and one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.

Yesterday I saw some impressive canyons allready. But now I know why they call it the Grand Canyon 😁
Deluxe Inn at the Historic Route 66

I stayed the night in a nice little motel close to Route 66. The next morning I enjoyed a two hour drive along the historic Route 66.
The Hoover Dam

Before driving to Las Vegas I made a quick stop at the Hoover Dam and enjoyed the view. The dam itself is about 220 meter high and looks very impressive while standing on it 😁

After 4 hours of driving down the west coast we arrived at the Canon Beach.

We arrived at 10pm and left at 9am. Quick stop to split the long 9 hour drive to the upcoming Redwood National Park.
