  • Siquijor - Lugnason Waterfall

    January 26, 2025 on the Philippines ⋅ ☁️ 28 °C

Lugnason Falls (also known as Zodiac Falls) is one of the top 3 waterfalls in Siquijor that you must visit during your adventures on Siquijor Island.
It's also a great way to cool down from the mid-day sun.
Add videos of the falls when I get home.

  • Siquijor Island

    January 26, 2025 on the Philippines ⋅ ☁️ 29 °C

Siquijor Island is well known for some of its popular attractions, which include: Cambugahay Falls, Paliton Beach, and Salagdoong Beach.

Currently, Siquijor is the least developed island that we visited. However, a new airport opening in late 2024 is quite likely to significantly increase visitor numbers. If you just want to write or read a book, Siquijor Island is a very tranquil location.Read more

  • Boracay Island - Part I

    January 29, 2025 on the Philippines ⋅ 🌧 26 °C

Boracay is a very small island. It has a total land area of 10.32 square kilometres (3.98 sq miles).
Don't be confused by its size, definitely the most developed island we visited.
In essence, Boracay is like Marmite. You either love it or hate it!
We enjoyed the Hop-on Hop-off bus, 200 peso for twenty-four hours. (£3.00 GBP)

  • Boracay Island - Part II

    January 30, 2025 on the Philippines ⋅ 🌧 27 °C

If visiting Boracay for its vibrant nightlife and diverse restaurants, please do not stay in either area's named Station 1 or Station 2. The crowds and restaurants constantly jostling for business are just too much.
However, most of the images in this listing are captured from Station 3. It's definitely a laid-back atmosphere with much fewer tourists. Within just three or four hundred meters, the ambience and atmosphere can change from what is a short walk.
Hopefully, Station 3 will keep a tranquil atmosphere.
