One of those proper little Adriatic camper stops that makes you quietly question British campsite economics.

You turn off the coastal road, follow a tiny sign through olive trees, and suddenly you’re parked a few metres from water so clear it looks like somebody has turned the saturation up manually.

Camp Punta isn’t one of those mega-resort places with inflatable dinosaurs, karaoke until midnight, and a bloke called Darren aggressively cooking sausages outside a Bailey caravan.

No.

This is old-school Croatia.
Simple. Relaxed. Honest. Proper campervan territory.

• boats bobbing about in the sunshine
• warm evening air

• and the gentle soundtrack of cicadas instead of the M6 Toll

The best bit?

Places like this still somehow cost about the same as a muddy UK field next to an electricity pylon with one tired shower block and a chemical toilet point that smells like defeat.
