Birmingham Airport

The last time we went to the UK we found it quite stressful to pick up a fancy hire car and drive off while feeling sleep deprived. So this time we decided to crash at the airport hotel and pick up the car the next morning. Wise idea.
Although it was not entirely stress free, as the car is so much fancier than we are used to, and it took quite some working out. As for the sat nav, she took us on a merry goose chase on a couple of occasions. My Lois-like navigation skills were more reliable - and that's saying something!Read more
