Mar Menor, Murcia

Unfortunately, my week with the Kinanes in Murcia is over, and I am currently at Alicante airport, awaiting my flight to London (via Munich) to begin my journey home.
This final week has been full of sunshine, relaxing by the pool, two more books read, mini golf, eating, drinking... Rob and I perfected the Paella, cooking it twice.
We visited Cartagena an area founded by the Carthaginians around 220 B.C., the city boomed during the Roman period. Among its many Roman ruins are a 1st-century B.C. theater which they have restored beautifully.
We went into Murcia... beautiful town that probably needed more time but visited the cathedral which was awesome.
